Friday - June 13, 2003, 6:30 PM to 10 or 10:30 PM

Picnic at the City Pavilion on Drummond Street.
We will supply hamburgers, baked beans, chips, plates, etc. with a Coke trailer for drinks.  If you like, you can BYOB.  Tables and chairs provided, but bring your own lawn chairs if you like.  There is a pool next to the pavilion with a playground, and a lifeguard on duty until 8:00 PM if your kids would enjoy a swim!  Come hang out with your ole' high school buddies!

Saturday - June 14, 2003, 7:30 PM till Midnight

The BB Club (the old police station on Clay Street) Parking available across the street.
Hors d'oeuvres and soft drinks/tea provided with cash bar. ($3.00 to $3.50)  Pack your dancin' shoes - we'll be partying like it's 1983!

Hotel Accommodations 

We're suggesting that out of town guests stay in the same hotel, this will provide a central meeting point and make it easier to get together and socialize if we're not all scattered across the city, especially if spouses or kids get tired/bored and want to go back to the room.

The best group rate is at the Battlefield Inn, formerly the Ramada Inn. The regular cost for a room each night is $75 (plus tax) and if at least 15 rooms are used for a group, the cost is $58 (plus tax). You can see all that they have to offer at http://www.battlefieldinn.com  When registering, please inform them you're with the WC Class of '83 reunion group, and if we meet their 15 room minimum your rate should be reduced.

Child Care

We have not arranged for child care on Saturday night at this time.  Please inform us if you're needing child care with the number and age of your children and we can start considering the need.  Email tom@thrashercharged.com
